Summary

Adds complete Dhivehi localization for the app.

Adds values-b+dv/strings.xmll
Localizes all current user-facing strings
Uses natural Dhivehi phrasing rather than literal translations
Preserves existing string keys, format arguments, and Android resource structure

feat: add Dhivehi localization aba66c3e34

Add a complete Dhivehi translation for the app's user-facing strings.

- Add the `values-b+dv/strings.xml` resource
- Localize onboarding, login, security, navigation, dashboard, transfers, contacts, financing, cards, settings, and related UI
- Adapt wording naturally for Dhivehi rather than using literal English translations
- Preserve existing string keys, format arguments, and Android resource structure
