Currently a dialog pops up asking you to add the contact to BML/MIB first in order to perform a transfer if the selected contact was in a different bank.

It should instead be possible to either give an option to automatically add it, a way to sync contacts between banks, or just use the details for a one-time transfer

Also any attempt to add contact while the contact exists in another bank seems to give the error that contact already exists

This applies to USD transfer from BML to other bank (MIB) only
