Add Quick QR pay for availiable business #31

This is a feature for the Card QR example the one in Family Room Coffee. If we have option to quickly pay from QR scan directly from dash board section below cards would be awesome also show quick QR like cards with the Business name. Also add a page to with Saved QR to save QRs or create cards?

we not adding that to dashboard for now, dashboard customization later, will add a widget to show "Recent recipients" widget

but for now, we can add to contact picker recents after lookup.
