Here is a screenshot with boxes drawn to show the issue.

Everything is centered vertically. But then sometimes if there is a blocked value, it seems the alignment is ignored completely.
Even when there is no blocked value, there is essentially no proper alignment.

Suggestion

Don't vertically align center. Just keep it at top.
