Donate

Optional MVR and USD donate buttons. Visibility is driven by BuildConfig.ACCOUNT_MVR and BuildConfig.ACCOUNT_USD — if neither is set, the entire Donate section is hidden (SettingsAboutFragment.kt:43-53).

Tapping a donate button calls:

TransferFragment.newInstance(
    accountNumber = BuildConfig.ACCOUNT_MVR or ACCOUNT_USD,
    displayName   = getString(R.string.app_name),
    subtitle      = accountNumber,
    colorHex      = "#607D8B",
    imageHash     = null,
)

and shows it with HomeActivity.showWithBackStack(fragment). The user then enters the amount and proceeds as a normal Transfer.
